State may delay USC deal on Los Angeles Coliseum

Officials seek more time to ensure that the proposal is the most beneficial to taxpayers. The action comes as the Coliseum Commission announces losses of more than $7 million since 2009.

The state appeared to be ready to put the brakes on the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission's proposed lease deal with USC on Wednesday, the same day the panel posted losses of more than $7 million since 2009.
