Late-season storm blows through Southern California

The cold storm brings the region moderate rainfall and drops snow in the mountains. About 14,100 Southern California Edison customers lose power because of storm-related outages.

A cold winter storm blew through Southern California on Saturday, showering the region with moderate rainfall, dropping snow in the mountains and leaving behind winds, scattered showers and high surf that could linger through the weekend.
