UPDATE 1-BrightSource Energy targets $183 mln IPO

March 21 (Reuters) - BrightSource Energy Inc is
seeking to raise up to $182.5 million through an initial public
offering of its shares, the solar power plant developer said in
a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
